Priority Health Care (PHC) is a 501©3 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), established in 2009 and has two locations on the Westbank of Jefferson Parish. PHC provides primary medical care, behavioral health care (mental health and substance abuse), prescription assistance, case management, health education, outreach, housing, and transportation services.
Our services are structured to address patients’ comprehensive health care needs through preventive care, pediatric care, chronic disease management, support services, specialized HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C screening and treatment. The Renew Hope Center at Priority Health Care offers an intensive outpatient medication assisted treatment program for substance abuse addiction with adherence counseling.
