True Title was founded on the Westbank in 1998, with its original office being located in Algiers. Subsequent to Hurricane Katrina, the original founders, Timothy Hand, G. Patrick “Pat”” Hand, Jr., G. Patrick “Pat” Hand, III and Jean Hand, relocated the Algiers office to the City of Gretna, purchasing 901 Derbigny Street in 2006.
Since its inception, True Title has continued to grow by adding partners and experienced personnel, and now has Louisiana offices in Metairie, Uptown and Hammond, as well as a Florida branch in Clearwater, FL. True Title is also a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Mississippi.
